We want you to be satisfied with every purchase that you make. But should you be unhappy with your items, you may return them within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. The purchaser is responsible for the safe return of the goods.
Whilst the goods are in your care, you have a duty to take good care of the items. This includes the items packaging. You must be sure to return the undamaged items and packaging as well as any fitting equipment that may have been included.
Items should be at least as well protected as they were originally sent. Be sure that items are well protected and packaged to ensure that items cannot scratch or otherwise contact each other inside your returns packaging. If returning chrome items for example, ensure that the polished surface is wrapped and cannot come into contact with any other trim piece. If returning roof bars or side steps, ensure any brackets or fittings cannot damage the items themselves.
We aim to process all returns within 3 business days once your return has been received. Refunds will be made via the same payment method as the original payment.
How long does it take to receive my order?
